All reports use the most current evidence based instruments including structured professional judgement assessments, use of actuarial tools and in-depth clinical interviews.

Quality of Life and unmet human needs underlie much challenging or offending behaviour. The Person-Centred Reflective Integrated Service Model (PRISM) is used to ensure that intra-individual needs, strengths and challenges are systematically assessed against all quality of life domains.

This model considers cultural, gender, socioeconomic, mental and physical health, trauma, safety and AOD issues and their impact on autonomy, mastery, attachment, engagement/participation, identity, and wellbeing resulting in recommendations which can be used for future planning.

Upcoming Change to Fees – From January, 2026

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality, sustainable psychological care, our standard session fee will increase to $230 per hour for private psychology, and forensic  assessment work from January 1, 2026.

A low cost option is provided for a limited number of bulk billed clients with no gap. Currently, bulk billing capacity is at its limit. however clients may elect to be placed on a wait list for when a space becomes available. Please note that bulk-billed services are not available for forensic assessment or treatment as these are not covered by Medicare. They are also not able to fund disability related needs, care team meeting attendance or NDIS report writing and are capped at 10 per year by Medicare, so are not suitable for clients with complex needs.

This adjustment reflects increases in operational costs and ensures we can continue to offer evidence-based services, maintain best practice standards, and support our clients with the care they deserve.

If you have any questions or concerns about this change, please feel free to discuss it with your treating psychologist prior to the change taking effect.Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Current and ongoing private clients will not experience an increase until January 2026. Please contact us if this change would cause undue financial strain.

Organisational training cost depends on training requirements and combination of clinicians providing service.
